Week in the life of a Wedding Planner
You guys ask me all the time what goes into my schedule between running a business & being a work from home mom to 2 toddlers. I'm also so passionate about time serving us instead of the other way around, so I thought it’d be fun to break down what my calendar looks like this week.

Monday:
6am Wake up, make coffee, check emails
7am Wake the kids up, breakfast, get ready for the day
9am Drop the girls off at daycare; work from my laptop:

12pm Pick girls up from daycare
12:30pm Make lunch
1pm Nap time; mom tidy’s up house & starts laundry
2pm Client work
3:30pm Girls wake up from nap, snack
4pm Dinner prep for Kenny & girls, prep to leave
5:15pm Leave for client meeting/drive time
6:30pm Client planning meeting
8pm Drive home
9pm Catch up with Kenny
10pm Clean out inbox; prep tomorrow’s to do list
11pm Bed
Tuesday:
6am Wake up, make coffee, check emails
7am Wake the kids up, breakfast, get ready for the day
9am Drop the girls off at daycare; work from my laptop:

11:30am Pick girls up from daycare; stop at store on the way home
12:30pm Make lunch
1pm Nap time; mom tidy’s up house & starts laundry
1:30pm Intern interview
2pm Client Work
3:30pm Girls wake up from nap, snack
4pm Take Lily for haircut
5pm Dinner Prep
6pm Family Dinner
7pm Bath time/bedtime routine
8pm Hang with Kenny
9pm Mom time
10pm Clean out inbox; prep tomorrow’s to do list
11pm Bed
Wednesday:
6am Wake up, make coffee, check emails; put on out of office
7am Wake the kids up, breakfast, get ready for the day
9am Kenny take the girls to daycare; I leave for downtown work day
11am Post up at coffee shop for CEO work:

8:30pm Client call with S&E to defrag venue tours

9am Floral sample with J&J
11am Cake tasting with J&J
12pm Lunch & rest
3:30pm Assist with another planner’s wedding
11pm Drive home

9:30am Leave for Church
